Note - Class times may change. Please contact us to check the schedule Class Descriptions Gentle Beginner - Come for an hour and a half of gentle movement and needed relaxation. Experience the benefits of slowing down. Learn or relearn some of the basics of yoga postures and breathing practices. Level 1 Beginner - Students new to yoga or students who enjoy the benefits of the fundamentals of yoga postures, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. Level 2 Continuing - This class is for students with some previous yoga experience. You should know what standing poses are and how to get into triangle pose. We will work more vigorously than the beginner classes work. Shoulder stand will be practiced and other inversions will occasionally be introduced. Pranayama and deep relaxation will be included weekly. CircusYoga - blends two ancient traditions: the consciousness of yoga with the communal ceremony and expression of circus. Each class will uniquely define CircusYoga. Yoga and circus skills will be offered including: yoga poses, mindfulness, relaxation, juggling, clowning, balance, and partner acrobatics. Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa Flow is a yoga form that moves from pose to pose throughout the class. In addition emphasis is placed on connecting your breath with the movement.
